TOPVIEW CONSULTS NIG. A recruitment agency in IMO STATE is currently recruiting for its client, a manufacturing company.



The Receptionist is responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately; notifying project personnel of visitor arrival; setting up conferences and meetings and assisting with office logistics as needed..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries.
Direct visitors by maintaining an employee directory; give instructions.
Maintain security by following procedures by monitoring the guest
logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Answer and forward phone calls as needed.
Maintain safe and clean reception area.
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively
Fluency in written and spoken English required.
Written and spoken fluency in at least one Nigerian language required.
