Job Description
• Receive visitors • Attend to customers enquiries appropriately. • Provide administrative and logistic support to the Lagos office. • To provide secretariat support to the GM. • To organize GM’s itinerary. • To book and organize GM’s meetings. Safety Equipment Inspection: Additional duties • Weekly inspection of Fire Extinguishers to ensure it fully charged and mounted in designated places free from obstruction. • Ensure good housekeeping.
