A Front Desk Officer is responsible for offering support towards office and administrative position in the front portion or front desk of a business organizationn to the company.
Answer the incoming calls.
Providing information to clients or all those people who will call in the office or visit the office premises.
Provides all kinds of clerical and administrative support.
Is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the front desk area.
Answering the queries of all those people who call in the organization or information seekers about the business.
Receive all the important messages and pass them on to the required authorities.
Honoring and greeting people who enter the organization and communicate with them in a pleasing manner along with a positive attitude.
Maintaining a record of appointments and coordinate those to the right people in the office.
Have knowledge about the business status of the organizations for which he/she is rendering the service.
Provide excellent customer services at all times and ensure customer satisfaction.
Greets and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information regarding rooms and make room assignment according to customer requests.
Perform check-in and check-out of guests.
Make room reservations, cancellations, confirmations and registrations based on guest requests.
Highly skilled in greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.
Proven ability to assist guests with room booking, changing and cancelling reservations.
Adept at computing bills, collecting payments, and making change for guests.
Hands-on experience in keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts, manually and by means of computers.
Well versed in performing simple bookkeeping activities including balance of cash accounts.
Should possess a BSc in Business Administration or any related field.
