Perform office administrative function for visitors to management's request such as assistance in scanning invoices, generating internal payment & purchase related forms, carrying out the task to completion.
-Support execution of executive visits, conference and special events.
-Perform office administration duties on needed basis.
-Perform Public Relation Officer duties on needed basis: such as delivering and submitting documents to different organizations.
-Attend or participate in company functions as required.
-Act as back up to other team members as needed.
-Work under minimal supervision.
-Other duties as assigned by management. Duties are subject to change as per management requirements.
- Must have a driver license
