Analyzes and interprets data and presents
information to support sound business
Plans and manages human and financial
resources, contracts, space, and equipment
Need to have a thorough understanding of:
Management analysis and planning
principles, concepts, and tools
Resource management (e.g., financial,
space, and equipment)
Human Resource procedures (e.g., staffing,
benefits, employee, and labor relations)
Contract development, execution, and

handling enquiries from the public in person, by
telephone or email
providing information to deal with customer queries
researching information
contacting customers to follow up enquiries
dealing with complaints
processing benefit payments
updating computerised and paper-based records
filing, photocopying and other administrative tasks
In charge of governmental and accrediting bodies),
policies and procedures
Administrative programs and support
services (e.g., records management, time
and attendance, and scheduling)
Procurement and inventory procedures
and regulations
Education and Licensure.
good spoken and written communication skills
the ability to work well as part of a team
good organisational and time management skills
accuracy and attention to detail
good customer service skills
respect for confidential information
basic computer skills
the ability to follow set procedures.
Minimum of Nd,Hnd,Bsc,Pgd,Msc in any course.
Minimum of 1-9years working experience.
