*Oversees the maintenance of the office premises.
*Provides support to the creative Director.
*Maintains staff by recruiting,selecting,orienting and training of employees.
*Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations.
*Provides supplies by identifying needs for work place and office environment.
*Maintain customer database,orders,inventory,etc by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
*Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements;planning,arranging,and meeting schedules.
*Sources for business opportunities for the company and developing personal growth opportunities.
*Improve program and service quality by devising new applications;updating procedures.
*Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements;submitting information for budget preparation;scheduling expenditures;monitoring costs;and analyzing variances.
Qualification and Requirement:The applicant should possess a Degree of HND/B.Sc in a relevant course.
The applicants should come with his/her photocopy of Credential,CV and two (2) passports while coming for date interview.
