Job Summary
To order, receive, store, and issue supplies and maintain updated inventory control records

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Receives incoming materials, supplies and equipment from vendors
Verify materials against purchase orders or packing lists and count and inspect materials for damage or defects
Breaks down bulk stock into smaller packages or units and keep in proper storage area.
Enters records of stocks received and issued
Obtain proper record and requisition and issue material
Take periodic inventories of supplies in storeroom
Notify the accountant at re-order level
Maintains order and cleanliness in storeroom.
Assist to salvage usable supplies
Submit monthly inventory report to the MD
Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and Accountant

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role is required

Technical, Managerial & Behavioural
Good communication skill
Must be able to pay attention to detail
Must possess a clean and hygienic habit
Must be able to take and implement simple instructions
