One of our Client, urgently needed to recruit a suitable and qualified receptionist for immediate employment.
Responsible for all reception duties in high standards of presentation
manage telephone console and transfer calls expeditiously in a courteous manner
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or over the telephone; responding or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors to appropriate employee or department by passing adequate instructions to the visitor
Assist in performing general office administrative supports
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of S.S.C.E
Excellent telephone manner
Customer service relationship
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, efficient and accurate in doing things
Ability to use Microsoft packages will be an advantage
