Job description
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messagesprovide information to callers
Greet persons entering organization
Direct persons to correct destination
Deal with queries from the public and customers
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Monitor visitor access and maintain
Security awareness
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Prepare correspondence and documents
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Schedule appointment
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Control inventory relevant to reception area
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Age limit: 25 - 30 years
Gender: Female
Qualification: minimum of Ond or Nice in related course
Experience: 1 years working experience in same field
Applicants must be 100% computer literate
Must have a background knowledge of Ms world, excel, Corel draw, power point, surf the internet and knowledge of bulk SMS applications
