Receive visitors
Attend to customers enquiries appropriately.
Provide administrative and logistic support to the Lagos office.
To provide secretariat support to the GM.
To organize GM’s itinerary.
To book and organize GM’s meetings.
Safety Equipment Inspection:
Additional duties
Weekly inspection of Fire Extinguishers to ensure it fully charged and mounted in designated places free from obstruction.
Minimum Qualification OND
In Similar Role.Good Inter-personal Relations.
Record Keeping
Good Communication Skill
Proficiency In Microsoft Office
