An International FMCG Manufacturer is recruiting to fill the position stated

Job Description
Receive visitors
Attend to customers enquiries appropriately.
Provide administrative and logistic support to the Lagos office.
To provide secretariat support to the GM.
To organize GMs itinerary.
To book and organize GMs meetings.
Safety Equipment Inspection: 
Additional duties 
Weekly inspection of Fire Extinguishers to ensure it fully charged and mounted in designated places free from obstruction.
Ensure good housekeeping.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification HND
Minimum 2 Years Experience In Similar Role.
Good Inter-personal Relations.
Record Keeping
Good Communication Skill
Proficiency In Microsoft Office - Word, Excel And PowerPoint
