Development of Marketing and Communication strategy as it relates to the business lines – Retail, Commercial and E-business. Translate strategy to campaigns to drive Product Awareness, Acceptance and Usage. Ensure consistent communication on all bank Touch points as it relates to product and customer experience. Deliver on ROI for campaigns run.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop clear marketing strategies and programs supportive of business goals and overall visibility and perception aspirations of the bank
Support segmentation development and provide marketing and communication insights to the business
Translate market knowledge and insights in product campaigns.
Ensure overall alignment and compliance of all marketing efforts with the larger brand structure and strategy
Evaluate all campaigns and projects. This includes the setting of targets, identifying of measurement tools and reporting.
Manage the relationship with business partners and act as a link between Marketing and Comms and business areas to ensure buy-in on campaigns.
Support business units in developing ad hoc material using marketing resources
Effectively manage the retail and business marketing budgets.
A first degree in Social Sciences/Humanities or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years in product marketing and brand development
Experience of managing significant marketing budgets
In-depth understanding of segmentation marketing
Trade marketing knowledge
