Our client,An indigenous Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
firm based in Imo owerri is expanding its
workforce and requires the service of a Personal
Assistant for Immediate Employment.

Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining an efficient and
effective office system at all times Reading,monitoring and responding to the CEO’s emails where necessary.
Answering calls and queries.
To maintain and organise the Chief Executive’s
diary, filing system and all other relevant areas
as necessary.
To draft speeches, articles,
briefings, and project proposals as requested by
the CEO
Prepare correspondences on behalf of
the CEO.
Organise meetings, arranging
refreshments, seating and taking minutes if
required to do so.
To co-ordinate all travel
arrangements. To maintain the complaints file
and ensure all complaints are responded to
within target timescales. To liaise positively and
professionally with colleagues and visitors;
To be
amiable, professional and approachable at all
times.

Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant field
Excellent IT Skills, including use of
Microsoft office packages i.e. Word, Excel,
Power point, etc. Strong interpersonal skills with
an approachable personality Self –motivated,
efficient, discrete, organised and proactive.
Ability to work under pressure to agreed
deadlines and adapt to change.
The ability to pay
high attention to detail to ensure that high
quality work leaves the organization.
