We need the services of a Personal Assistant
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the MD to provide general assistance during presentations.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments for the MD
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the MD is well prepared for meetings;
Carrying out any other official duty as assigned by the MD.
Behavioral Profile: Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and beat tight deadlines.
Qualification: OND/HND in any Business Management discipline
