A newly established company small scale company requires services of personal/admin assistant to the MD/founder. The successful candidate will be based in Lagos.


1.Assist with Admin duties from time to time such as data entry into spread sheets, software, filing etc
2.Typing of formal letters, emails, documents and reports as directed etc.
3.Running official and personal errands for MD in and outside Lagos but mostly in Lagos, will include but not be limited to going to banks to carry out authorised banking transactions, visits to government agencies Ncaa, Nama, Nepc, Faan, customs, Ndlea etc on MD behest to submit documents, seek information, collect documents etc .
4.Receive phone calls,read emails and reply as directed by MD
5.Be on hand to supervise workers, equipment suppliers, service providers and act as a artisans such as plumbers, electricians, laboures and the like as directed by MD.
6.Personal and official errands such as grocery shopping, other shopping etc.
7.Helping out with purchase of car fuel etc.


1.Computer and smart phone literate especially word, spreadsheets, be able to research and find things on the internet, must know how to use video internet call applications
2.Ability to drive very desirable ( must have valid drivers license).
3.Having an international passport is desired but not essential.
4.Lagos street smart, must be able to navigate with ease around the city using public transport to locate various addresses from time to time.
5.Ownership of a smart phone or laptop computer capable of receiving and sending mails,internet and taking pictures.
6. Must be neat tidy and presentable at all times
7. To use initiative and require very minimal supervision within reason.
8. Good command of the English language written and spoken
9. Minimum Waec or Neco certificate
10.Maximum 30 years old
11.Knowledge of current world affairs, Interest in Aviation, Agriculture,travel added
12.Must have a bank account for salary payment.
13.Honesty and integrity

Full time, 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday. You may however be required to work on weekends,public holidays and after hours,additional overtime pay will be paid for this extra work if needed.
