Core purpose of the Job:

Manage all FD Foundation administrative tasks
Manage all Ride Easy administrative tasks
Manage and oversee all REMC administrative tasks


Successful candidate to resume work on the first working day of March.
Preferred gender of candidate is Female.
Candidate must be courteous, well mannered and resilient.
Must reside close to Ikeja

Task Complexity:


Process all grant request ( background check and verifications in accordance with set guidelines)
Manage relationships with beneficiaries and sponsors
Follow up on donations and payments
Prepare Grant disbursement for beneficiaries
Book sales
Support the Foundation in the organization of special events (fund raisers, seminars, workshop etc.)
Develop and monitor correspondence (internal and external)
Bank transactions (cash lodgment and reconciliation )
Document Management (Prepare official documents, filling and database)


Customer service:

Resolve queries and complaints and escalate where necessary
Timely response to emails
Filling of training slots (Revenue generation)
Setup training classes:
Ensure that the required bikes are ready
Ensure that Students and Instructors are duly informed of the class(date and time) o Ensure that the required materials are available
Check that the required equipment(laptop and TV) are working properly
Ensure that the training gears are all clean
Cleanliness of the training office
Ensure that breakfast is served and on time
Manage staff salary and all bank transactions
