Implements human resources processes by including, manpower planning, training and development, succession planning, and coaching, employment processing, employee relations and retention.
Working closely with departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Understand staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills.
Manpower planning in consultation with the Functional heads.
Meet and manage recruitment targets for the organization, mapping and documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.
Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicant must possess minimum OND qualified.
Applicants must have thorough understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, Industrial Relations, personnel administration, disciplinary procedures.
He/She must be capable of organizing and holding general staff meeting, organizing training's.
