Guest Relations Manager

Seeking a guest relations manager to communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their visit.
Good candidates should have previous experience and be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and guests to solve problems. Conversational knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Provide fantastic customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are served.
Collect customer service information and determine guest satisfaction
Resolve customer problems
Develop an intimate knowledge of the hotel services, pricing, layout and events
Promote hotel services and educate guests to improve their experience

Requirements and Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Phenomenal communication skills
Ability to work with co-workers to quickly solve guests problems
Previous experience in a related position
Multilingual is a plus
Familiarity with common guest relationship management software
Flexibility

Education and Experience:
HND,BSC.
