Job Summary

To ensure that the front office is well covered, attending to the general needs of the clients and maintain proper record of all transactions

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Take guests’ reservation
Check in and out guests
Prepare guests’ bills and receive payments
Deliver the right information to guests about the clinic and its services
Supervise all other admin staff to ensure that the right services are rendered
Reports all maintenance issues to MD promptly
Perform other duties as assigned by the MD

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Professional Qualifications:
A minimum of B.Sc in any field is required

Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Front Office is required

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

Technical, Managerial & Behavioural
Good communication skill
Must be able to pay attention to detail
Must possess a clean and hygienic habit
Must possess warm interpersonal skill
Must be able to use self-initiative in addressing issues
