JOB DESCRIPTION
Take orders for merchandise or materials and send
them to the proper departments to be filled.
Process and prepare memos, correspodence travel
vouchers, or other documents.
Schedule space or equipment for special programs
and prepare lists of participants
SKILLS
Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and
confidential information.
Ability to organise, multitask and work under
presure.
Communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be success driven.
Must be Enthusiastic.
Good command of English
