Job Description

o Providing information to clients or all those people who will call in or visit the office
o Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support.
o Receive all the important messages and pass them on to the required authorities.
o Serve as the first point of contact with the organisation
o Organizing and maintaining a record of appointments and coordinate those to the right people in the office.
o Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
o Providing quality customer service
o Route calls to specific people.
o Answer inquiries about company.
o Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
o Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
o Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
o Schedule follow-up appointments.

Candidate Requirements
B.Sc/HND in any discipline.
1 to 2 years work experience.
