BY: C. J Marketing Academy. Why Train?
We operate in a rapid changing environment like Nigeria, one that grows increasingly turbulent, competitive and even recessional. There is the need therefore to continually develop and expand awareness, knowledge and skills – a constant learning process.
Marketing is dynamic, and in order to keep abreast with current developments in marketing, we need to train and re-train. Result – sustainable competitive advantage. There is a positive relationship of investment in training and business success. Successful companies do training rather than just think about it, and train to achieve profit targets. They have a training strategy as part of the corporate strategy and understand that investment in human assets is what gives them the competitive edge. Training is a means of improving business performance in the long term, not just individual performance
