Our Client currently seeking to recruit a qualified and suitable office secretary for immediate employment.
Act as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, including reception duties. Provide general administrative support Provide support to the manager including assisting with posting on online.
General word processing. Filing, copying and faxing.
Collation and distribution of minutes, reports, and other documents.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Possess an ND or HND in Secretariat studies or Bus Adm.
She must be smart and versatile in ICT.
Previous office or commercial work experience can also be helpful.
