Report to the head of Finance.
Ensure skills are deployed adequately to all Finance and Admin duties.
Carry out a portfolio of responsibilities such as information management, research, consumer insight generation and financial management.
Assist Finance Manager in overseeing facilities, technology and materials utilized in the department and coordinating appropriate services.
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Work with management to maintain account controls by developing, recommending and implementing policies and procedures.
Maintain a high ethical standard and confidentiality in all dealings.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Must be willing to work in any other role assigned which may entail working outside the state.
Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
Must be willing to undertake any other duties that may be assigned from management.
All applicants must possess minimum of BSc. Or HND in Accounting or any related discipline.
Basic knowledge of accounting software packages is an added advantage.
