Distribution clerks work in warehouse and are responsible for reviewing incoming
orders and sorting them for distribution. They are responsible for inspecting outgoing orders and packaging them for
shipment.
Day-to-day responsibilities of distribution clerks include:
1 Updating shipping and receiving records.
2 Taking inventory and stock counts
3 Ensuring supplies and orders are in good condition
4 Completing necessary paperwork
5 Preparing labels and lists
6 Sorting materials and arranging stock in the warehouse to facilitate shipping and receiving.
Qualifications: BSc, HND, ND, O level
