The Customer Services Officer role will work within the Customer Services Team to offer telephone and administrative support to the centralized Complaints and will often be the first point of contact for enquiries. This role will contribute to providing an identifiable, and their representatives with enquiries and concerns.
A customer services officer interacts with the customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products. Also they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
Customer inquiries often involve some form of complaint that the customer service officer must handle in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
Customer services representatives help generate sales lead.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
• excellent communication and listening skills
• an awareness of discretion with high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity
• a recognition of the requirements of service users
• communication of complex and sensitive or contentious information with tact, empathy, diplomacy and understanding
• Attention to detail along with good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

Professional and Academic Qualifications;
• A minimum of HND in any Social/Management Sciences courses or
its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institute
Working Experience;
• At least 1 year working experience in a similar field
• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, MS Excel, Power Point
and MS Word
• Telecommunication or customer care representative experience will
be preferred
• Able to work independently and as a team
