Responsibilities:
Discovering new ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve our services.
Handling customer inquiries by phone, email and video conference.
Keeping accurate records of discussions with customers.
Providing weekly report on customer issues.
Developing and implementing a customer service policy for the entire organisation.

Qualifications/Requirement
Independent, highly resourceful and proactive.
Good email and phone communication.
Good Communication Skills
Applicant must hold minimum of OND in related field.
