A microfinance bank in the nerve centre of Ikeja is in need of Customer Service Officer

Job Description
*Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
*Provide information about products and services
*Review or make changes to customer accounts
*Handle returns or complaints
*Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
*Research answers or solutions as needed
*Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help

Job Requirement
*Minimum of HND
*Must have proven work experience as a Customer Care Officer
*Good Communication and Interpersonal skill
*Must be a good team player
*Must be patient with good listening skill
