We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for our new dealership.
The successful candidate will provide a courteous and efficient reception service.
Deal with customer enquiries face to face and on the phone, be required to liaise with the workshop to ensure your customers are kept up to date and be able to explain the work that has been completed on their vehicle.
Handle payments and be confident in upselling, ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
Preferred graduate or HND
Previous customer service experience essential
Computer literate (word,excel,outlook)
Knowledge of Motor vehicle maintainance
Ability to think and resolve customer concerns
Use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Excel, Word. Outlook
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication skills
Automative vehicle maintainance experience
Experience in a selling/customer service environment
Complaints handling experience
In addition to a strong people background we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly deliver the highest level of customer service to all our customers.
