Nigerian cooks who can prepare Lebanese , Syrian , Oriental and international delicacies are needed in Bourdillon ikoyi.
*Direct and oversee the operations of the kitchen(s), including menu development, inventory and purchasing of supplies, and cost control.
*Create and update menus to maximize profits and minimize loss.
*Test and develop recipes.
*Monitor customer satisfaction.
*Require an understanding of federal, state, and local food sanitation regulations.
*Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
*Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
*Perform a variety of tasks.
*Lead and direct the work of others.
*A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
*Typically reports to top management.
Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience .
