We are currently establishing an operative company and would require the services of talented, young and cosmopolitan individuals to join us. Our company is a standard cleaning agency with state of the art facility specifically positioned to become the market leader in the industry. Our major purpose is to render general cleaning services to the general public and the corporate sector no matter the class or status at an affordable fee
The successful candidate must have:
•A unique understanding of business management and development with appreciable skills in the internet of things & social media.
•At least 1-3 years cleaning and laundry experience with outstanding success in your territory. (This is an *added advantage*)
•Strategic selling experience and the ability to sell value-added solutions not differentiated by price.
•Must know how to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
The ideal candidate would possess:
•HND/BSc. In any course.
•Experience in leading a team of sales reps.
•Experience with using Sales force or a comparable CRM.
About the role: How you will make an impact:
As our Business Manager, you will drive new business initiatives in your Strategic Business Unit to stimulate business growth. You will manage our clients, moving every opportunity through each stage, tracking results and client feedback. This includes prospecting, scheduling appointments, presenting, gathering client insight, developing proposals, overcoming objections, and closing the deal.
As the face of the Business Unit to our clients, you will consult with existing and prospective clients on making informed and educated purchasing decisions based on their unique needs. To do this, you will know the competitive landscape inside & out, and understand how each product compares to ours. Additionally, by leading our inside sales reps, you will cultivate their professional skills to build a powerful, cohesive team. You will lead the team to set goals & activities plans, and crush them.
We are looking for someone who:

•Is a networking ninja. You excel at building solid customer relationship and maintaining it over time

•Is extremely organized and proactive in managing your business unit
•Can prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
•Can maintain and continually update customer databases
•Can conduct constant market research and market analysis, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
•Can develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
•Can grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
•Can monitor and communicate competitor’s activity for organizational improvement
•Can meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
•Can identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
•Can forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
•Can develop new marketing strategies
•Can establish contacts; socialize with customers and network with other business people
•Will ensure timely visits and follow ups with customers
•Can review and ensure absolute compliance to organization’s set goals/budget (Monthly, Quarterly or annually)
•Prepares budget and accurate consolidated weekly progress reports on the SBU to the organization
•Can deliver timely project and quality reports
•Can develop customers associated communication documents.
•Can manage customer care personnel
Roles & Responsibilities of Strategic Business Manager
•Responsible for sales and marketing of the SBU
•Responsible for providing direction for the Strategic Business Unit
•Creates, communicates, and implements the SBU vision, mission, and overall direction – i.e. leading the development and implementation of the overall organization’s strategy
•Ensure excellent customer focus
•Responsible for managing the daily activities at the SBU
•Ensures that the facility is in tip top shape and conducive enough to welcome customers
•Handles procurement for the SBU
•Carries out staff induction for new team hires
