Assist with preparation of the budget.
Implement financial policies and procedures.
Reconcile the general ledger.
Prepare and reconcile general bank statements.
Establish and maintain supplier accounts.
Ensure data is entered into the system.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
Prepare income statements.
Prepare balance sheets.
Assist with the annual audit.
Maintain financial files and records.
Candidate Requirements:
HND/Bachelor's Degree in Humanities & Social Sciences.
Additional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an Administrative Officer.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
Required Skills:
High self-esteem and self-motivated with effective communication skills both oral and written Good interpersonal, effective presentation skills and ability to multi-task.
A goal oriented person able to work with deadlines and with little or no supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
