Job Details:
Creation and Maintenance of Working & Transaction Files
Preparation of Status Reports as at when required by Supervisors
Ensuring full compliance of Documents Control systems and Filling
Ensuring that Office Support Functions are given priority at all times
Create and Maintain a robust database of Third Party Service Providers
Prepare and Proofread Memos, Letters and other documents
Handling Office Support Enquiries and Responsibilities
Preparation of Correspondence with Cllient & Third Party Organizations
Oversee work related activities of Junior Colleagues such as Office Assistants
Keeping adequate business records and ensure compliance to Company Policy
