Our company, an online retail business is looking to hire an Admin Officer that will be largely in charge of the smooth running of the office, daily. Candidate should preferably reside within the island or its axis. Candidate will be required to do the following:

oversee and administer the day to day activities of the office
develop policies, procedures and systems which ensure proper and efficient running of the office.
provide assistance and support to colleagues, supervisors, managers, subordinates etc
supervise the work of employees in supporting roles
prepares reports and confidential notes, periodically
serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals and organizations
organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences and other special events
provides and/or oversees provision of staff support to the office
performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
works well in a team
drafts and prepares proposals; follows up
be involved in staff training and development, human resources and writing of job descriptions
have good oral and written communication skills.
