Job Details:

Minimum experience of three (3) years
Preferably a lady.
Arrangement & Filing of expenses receipts according to dates
Arrangement & Filing of Invoices –You may need to print, stamp and sign.
Printing & Filing of all intercompany payment advice and also analysis
Liaise with auditor and tax authority representative
Preparation of all relevant report/Accounts
Photocopying of any document needed or requested for.
Scanning of all the documents and reporting and documentation of all hard copies of documents for filing in soft copy.
